STUART BRACEY

Experience
Stuart Bracey founded Brighton Property Group to focus on helping companies buy, build, and lease industrial real estate. He has extensive experience with warehouse sales, leasing, investment sales, sale-leasebacks, and distribution site selection. He has brokered land to national developers exceeding 5,000,000 sq ft of
warehouse space in the Atlanta market.
Stuart began his career with PaineWebber in their asset management department and later joined Salomon Smith Barney as a financial consultant with their Atlanta private wealth management group. Their team managed $400 million dollars of private client assets in a long equity portfolio and various alternative investment strategies.
Stuart co-founded Southern Landscape Supply, one of Atlanta’s largest bulk landscape supply companies. Stuart was actively involved in the site selection and development of four different Southern Landscape locations. Southern Landscape Supply manufactures soils and sells rock, gravel, sand and topsoil to Atlanta landscapers and homeowners.

Josh Garrard

Experience
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Josh attended Wesleyan High School before earning a B.B.A. in Finance from Auburn University. He began his career as a Mortgage Broker with Capital City Home Loans, later transitioning into a Financial Analyst role at Cresa. In February 2024, he joined Brighton Property Group full-time, where he has since represented clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including companies such as OGD (Overhead Garage Doors) out of Fort Worth, TX.
William Bennett
Industrial Real Estate Agent
Experience
William joined Brighton Property Group in June of 2025 as an Industrial Real Estate Agent. At Brighton, William specializes in supporting clients with their industrial real estate needs by delivering market expertise, strategic guidance, and a personal approach that prioritizes long-term relationships.
Prior to joining Brighton, William attended Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Beau Brown

Experience
Beau joined Brighton Property Group in May of 2025 as an Industrial Real Estate Agent. At Brighton, Beau focuses on helping clients navigate industrial real estate needs through market insight and consistent, reliable service.
Prior to working at Brighton, Beau attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. He spent his summers in college serving at Pine Cove family camp in Westminster, SC.
